The Empress – Your fears

Coping with Feelings and Embracing Support

Feeling stressed out? Totally fine. Just let it out. It's completely okay to feel tense about things like money worries, angst about your kids, or a baby that showed up uninvited.

  • Accept that feelings like these are just a part of life. Breathe. It’s normal.

Need a shoulder to lean on? Call up somebody who's got your back. Maybe they're family or friends, it doesn't really matter. The point is, they're your people – folks who get you.

  • Don't be scared to call up that someone who genuinely cares about you. You'll be surprised at how much better you'll feel just by talking about your fears and frustrations.

Want to help? Don't smother or pull guilt trips on folks. We all hate to see our loved ones struggling, but too much fussing or playing the blame game can do more harm than good.

  • It’s painful to watch people you care about suffer, but don’t let your worrying turn into helicopter parenting or guilt tripping.

And the most important thing to remember? Surround yourself with good people. People who can chuckle at your crap jokes, but can also lift you up when you're feeling down.

  • Stick with folks who not only get where you're coming from but can also share their own experiences. It's about empathy, not sympathy, guys!
  • But hey, also remember to look after yourself. It's cool to care about others, but you've got to put on your oxygen mask first before helping others. You’re your priority too. So, find that balance between caring for others and yourself.
Your destiny is being desided right now...
